WASHINGTON D.C. — Today, Speaker Johnson congratulated Addison Norcross and Reagan Coyle for their appointments to United States Service Academies. Upon notification of their appointments, Speaker Johnson personally called both students to inform them of their acceptance and congratulate them on this distinct honor. 


Speaker Johnson nominated the students on their merits, based on recommendations from a volunteer panel of active and retired military officers. 

“We are grateful to these brave young men and women who have answered the call of service to our country,” Speaker Johnson said. “Both Addison and Reagan have demonstrated exceptional leadership and academic qualities, and they will be great assets to our armed services.”

• Reagan Coyle (Shreveport, Loyola College Prep) – United States Air Force Academy
