United States Representative for Louisiana’s 4th Dist. Mike Johnson was invited by Colonel Carl Thompson to be the guest speaker at the Noon Minden Lions Club on Thursday. Johnson used the opportunity to cover recent events, political topics, as well as participating in a Q&A with the audience to address any questions or concerns that members of the local community had.

Johnson was also presented a proclamation from by Dist. E Councilman Pam Bloxom on behalf of Minden Mayor Terry Gardner declaring May 26, 2022, as a day to honor Rep. Johnson for his service to Louisiana and the United States of America.
