Speaker Johnson’s Office to Host Senior Adult Fair

WASHINGTON — On Tuesday, Speaker Johnson’s district office will host a Senior Adult Fair in Minden, LA to connect Louisiana seniors with community partners and provide resources such as health information, fraud prevention, nutrition and wellness, and various other community services for seniors.

Speaker Johnson’s staff has gathered representatives from local and state government, the Social Security Administration, and other senior service organizations to provide Louisiana’s seniors with important resources and opportunities. The event will also feature remarks from Brian Williams, Webster Parish Emergency Director; Laura Seabaugh, Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill’s office; and Jared McIver, Minden Chief of Police.
