WASHINGTON — On Monday, August 26th, Speaker Mike Johnson’s office will host a Veterans Resource Fair to connect Louisiana active-duty soldiers and veterans with the many services available to them. The event will feature representatives from veteran advocacy organizations focused on housing, healthcare, job opportunities and other veterans-specific issues. Louisiana’s 4th Congressional District is home to Barksdale Air Force, Fort Johnson and Camp Minden, and Louisiana is home to tens of thousands of both veterans and active-duty soldiers.
