Louisiana is receiving more than $22 million to help rebuild infrastructure after the historic flood. Last month Representative Mike Johnson testified to the House Appropriations Committee on the importance of making that investment in Louisiana. "People seem to sometimes forget that our navigable waterways throughout the state, not just on the coast, are so important to our economy and really the economy of the country at large," Rep.
