• Advanced the Lower Health Care Premiums for All Americans Act which: 
• Cuts Obamacare marketplace premiums by at least 11% and lowers premiums for ALL Americans in the private market.
• Saves approximately $30 billion over ten years by reducing federal subsidy costs.
• Expands coverage options for workers, small businesses, and the self-employed.

Appropriations & Regular Order

• Advanced all 12 FY26 appropriations bills out of committee.
• For the first time since FY19, the House took formal action to move regular appropriations bills to conference.
• Reduced discretionary spending year-over-year.
• Enacted three full-year FY26 appropriations bills signed by President Trump.
