Speaker Johnson Joins The Ingraham Angle on Fox News

Yesterday, Speaker Johnson joined Laura Ingraham on Fox News’ The Ingraham Angle to highlight the clear contrast between commonsense Republican policies and the radical, far-left Democrat agenda heading into the midterms.

Watch the full interview here.

On the Speaker’s efforts to protect the House Republican majority:

“We're just a week out from this election now. The polls are underestimating Republican enthusiasm around the country. I am traveling the country nonstop. I'll be in 13 more states and 21 more districts over just the next week between now and the election. We've been from coast to coast… The American people understand that this is a contrast election. We do not want to go back to crazy. And I'm afraid if these Democrats took control of Congress, they would be crazier even than the Obama years and the Biden-Harris years, because they've taken such a far lurch to the left. And people see that. And I think it's going to juice enthusiasm for our side.”

On the contrast between commonsense Republican policies vs. far-left Democrats:

“My closing comment is this is a contrast election between common sense and crazy. Truly, everybody must ask themselves a simple question: ‘which set of policies is better for my family, my aging parents, my children…’ You would be turning the keys over to a group of angry Democrats who are going to go after retribution of President Trump and his Administration. They're going to try to open those borders wide. They're going to try to repeal the Working Families Tax Cut and all that we've done for the economy. It will be chaos every day for two years in the next Congress. Every vote is going to count. Remember, in 2024, we had 10 races in the House decided by 6,000 votes or less. Every single vote is going to matter.”
