The Government Accountability Office (GAO) report released last month confirms the same subsidies are already flowing to fake identities, duplicate Social Security numbers, and even deceased individuals nationwide.

MINNESOTA: FEDERALLY FUNDED PROGRAMS, MASSIVE FRAUD

• Medicaid programs expanded beyond traditional medical care.
